Drake’s mom shows support for new album with flowers & letters counting down the release

If you thought you were Drake’s biggest fan, think again. Coming ahead of his new album, Certified Lover Boy, Drake took to Instagram to share the support he’s received from mother Sandi Graham.

Three days before the album’s release, Sandi sent Drake some touching bars on a card accompanied by a bouquet of red roses in the shape of the number three.

“Three more days we’re counting down / For us to hear the best / Everyone’s excited / ‘Cause you’re nothing like the rest / Three more days my pookaroo / I couldn’t be more proud of you.”

With two days to go, Sandi followed up with more roses, in the shape of a number two, and included another heartfelt message:

“Day two is here, one more to go. We go high when they go low / Certified – it’s been quite a ride / I forever admire your relentless drive.”

With one day to go, Sandi sent her son even more flowers, this time with the bouquets coming in the shape of a heart, and a number one. The note read as follows:

“It’s finally come / The countdown has reached one / With each new album my heart skips a beat / Being your mother has been my life’s greatest treat / It’s been a long hard road together / Now there’s one more day to go / I want to celebrate you son, more than you’ll ever know. Love you more now and forever.”

Stay tuned for CLB dropping tomorrow.
