Big news to share! Award-winning artist and producer Classified has announced that his next album, Retrospected, will be released on June 29th.
After releasing a commercial for the project just a few days ago—which you can see below—Class took to social media to reveal the album artwork and a link to some limited edition signed vinyl pieces.
“Been working on this over the last 3 years…,” Class wrote in the post caption.
“Can’t for you all to hear. Pre-save ‘Retrospected’ dropping June 29th! Get the limited-edition signed vinyl before anything else!”
On April 22, the Enfield, Nova Scotia-native release a minute and a half long clip titled “That’s What I Do (Retrospected)” which servers as a great commercial for the forthcoming release. He also offered some more insight into the meaning of the project and how much effort has already been put into it. The video was shot and edited by Class’ brother, Mike Boyd for Mike Boyd Productions.
“I got to work with a lot of great artists on my new project, Retrospected … We’ve been recording it for over 3 years in a number of different studios all over the country… Thanks to all the artists involved, can’t wait for you guys to hear everything. We’re just getting started!!” Retrospected will feature Merkules, Jann Arden, Dallas Smith, Haviah Mighty, O’Sound, Brett Matthews Music, Jully Black, JRDN, Matt Mays, Joel Plaskett, Breagh Isabel, and David Myles.
