Montréal’s Nate Husser drops 6º EP & visuals for “Oldie”

Montréal artist Nate Husser drops 6º EP and visuals for Oldie

Our weekly segment Submission Sundays features the new EP and supporting “Oldie” video from Montréal recording artist, Nate Husser.

“On the EP’s tormented but triumphant closer ‘Oldie,’ Husser raps, ‘Leaving my city just for the better/ If I make it I might not come back ever.’”

Nate Husser first started his career in the heart of Montreal’s Little Burgundy with his acclaimed hip-hop band The Posterz. He broke out as a solo act with his 2017 debut Geto Rock for the Youth.

The EP’s vibey, feely and nostalgic mood is a stark contrast to his live performances, which are injected with a certain genuine punk attitude that differentiates him from the rest of his peers.

SUBMISSION SUNDAYS INFO

Submission Sundays is a segment we introduced in 2018 to show love to the hundreds of artists and groups that submit new material to us weekly. The segment also gives us a chance to show love to people who aren’t already receiving regular coverage on HipHopCanada, and gives them a chance to connect with our viewers.

Each week, we’ll select 8 new submissions and feature them on our homepage for at least a 24 hour period.

To be considered for our weekly Submission Sundays segment, please submit your content using our Submission Form. International submissions are welcome.

Please note, due to the volume of submissions we receive, we are unable to respond to each submission directly. Submissions with missing information will be deleted.
