Protest: Haviah Mighty enlists ‘Prince of Grime’ Yizzy for new single & video

Toronto artist Haviah Mighty recently released the fifth official single from her 2021 campaign.

Following the Jalen Santoy-assisted “Way Too Fast” from late April, Haviah returns with the anti-oppressive banger “Protest” featuring South London, UK grime sensation, Yizzy.

The accompanying video for “Protest,” directed by Kit Weyman and Chrris Lowe, was executive produced by Taj Critchlow and Julien Christian Lutz (aka X).

“Protest” is HipHopCanada’s Song of the Day. You can find the Haviah Mighty and Young Dreadz-produced single on Spotify, and various other digital streaming platforms. The track has also been added to our official Spotify playlist, Canadian Fresh.
