J Morris returns with the “Can’t Sleep” video & “Angels Rise” single

Fresh off the release of his latest single, “Angels Rise,” Ottawa rapper J Morris (formerly known as Dynamic) returns with a new video for “Can’t Sleep.”

“‘Can’t Sleep’ is a conscious record by hip-hop artist J Morris. Exuding his skill set as an emcee and melodic rapper, the song speaks into the insomnia that keeps him up at night as his thoughts and demons arise during the witching hours. Professing this narrative from a place deep within, he allows the lyrics to be easily transferable to the minds of many tuning in. Tip-toeing through the bright piano keys and pulsating bass of the instrumentation, this track allows you to place vivid imagery in your head space as you allow it to coincide with the direct lyricism present.”

The Quest-produced “Can’t Sleep” is available now via Apple Music, Spotify, and other digital outlets.
