Diddy Ex-Assistant Capricorn Clark Testimony Brings More Drama to Trial

TLDR: Diddy ex-assistant testimony includes threats, violence, and a kidnapping plot in one of the most shocking turns yet in the rapper’s federal RICO trial.

Ex-assistant Capricorn Clark’s testimony in the federal RICO trial against Diddy is one of the most disturbing accounts to emerge yet. In a new breakdown from the Law&Crime Network, legal analyst Angenette Levy highlights 13 explosive moments from Clark’s time on the stand, detailing alleged threats, violence, and criminal activity during her years working for the music mogul.

Capricorn Clark, who once managed Cassie Ventura and served as Diddy’s assistant and brand ambassador, painted a chilling picture of her time inside the Bad Boy universe. From being threatened with death on her very first day — for the crime of previously working with Suge Knight — to being locked in an office for five days under suspicion of stealing jewelry, Clark’s testimony reads like a psychological thriller. “They told her that if she failed [the lie detector test], they would throw her in the East River,” former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told Fox News. “That’s kidnapping and a racketeering act.”

The most jaw-dropping moment? Clark claimed Diddy showed up at her apartment in December 2011 with a gun and orders to “kill” Kid Cudi, who was dating Cassie at the time — a moment that eerily echoes Kid Cudi’s own testimony about his car being set on fire shortly afterward.

Despite the gravity of her testimony, the defence attempted to chip away at Clark’s credibility, pointing to a past settlement, alleged romantic feelings, and her request to return to Diddy’s team in 2023. Still, her firsthand accounts may be the prosecution’s most devastating evidence yet. As Los Angeles attorney John J. Perlstein said, “Ms. Clark’s testimony corroborates the beatings and Diddy’s history of violence… supporting the racketeering charges being levied against him.”
