Fame Holiday addresses social injustice on latest release “Take Me Away”

Coming in as his first official release of 2021, the powerful Ariatheproducer-produced “Take Me Away” comes with visual support directed by Toronto videographer Trey Timeless.

Our Song of the Day is the latest from budding Mississauga talent, Fame Holiday.

Coming in as his first official release of 2021, the powerful AriaTheProducer-produced “Take Me Away” comes with visual support directed by Toronto videographer Trey Timeless. The “My Thang” rapper uses his latest release to support Black Lives Matter, call for unity, and stress the importance of targeting social injustice. Using music to address social issues is nothing new, but it hits way harder when it’s delivered in the form of great music, which Fame has achieved here.

“Take Me Away” follows Fame’s 2020 single “Finessing,” which has over 34K Spotify streams to date, and his 150-track project, Temporary Love, which arrived in March 2020.

You can find the new song on various digital streaming platforms including Apple Music and Spotify via REIGN.
