Diddy Accused in 2Pac Murder: Everything We Know

TLDR: The Law&Crime Network explores allegations against Diddy, accused of ordering the 1996 murder of 2Pac, while new charges arise for suspect Duane “Keefe D” Davis in jail.

The Law&Crime Network’s new video, Diddy Accused in 2Pac Murder: Everything We Know,” dives into explosive allegations surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs and his alleged involvement in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur. Hosted by Jesse Weber, the video unpacks the case against Duane “Keefe D” Davis, the self-proclaimed Southside Crips boss who is currently awaiting trial for his alleged role in the fatal shooting. Davis’s legal team claims it was Diddy who orchestrated the murder, a stunning claim tied to a decades-old feud between Bad Boy Records and Death Row Records.

The video sheds light on a pivotal motion filed by Davis’s attorneys seeking to dismiss all charges on grounds that Diddy allegedly paid millions to target Tupac and Suge Knight. While Diddy, already embroiled in legal battles involving sex trafficking and racketeering charges, has vehemently denied the allegations, the decades-old rumors refuse to die. Prosecutors have cited a 2009 police interview in which Keefe seemingly implicated Diddy, a claim Diddy has repeatedly dismissed as “pure fiction.”

Adding to the drama, KTNV Las Vegas reports new developments for Davis. While detained at the Clark County Detention Center, Davis faces an additional charge of battery by prisoner following a recent incident. His bail for the new charge is set at $50,000, on top of the $750,000 tied to the murder case. A judge recently denied Davis’s motion to dismiss the murder charges, and his trial remains scheduled for March 17, 2025.

As the video highlights, these developments deepen the legal quagmire for both Davis and Combs, amplifying public scrutiny over the unsolved mystery of Tupac’s murder—a case that has captivated the hip-hop world for nearly three decades.
