The latest Law&Crime Network video dissects the bombshell allegations surrounding Kristina Khorram, longtime chief of staff for Sean “Diddy” Combs. Once described as his “right hand,” Khorram now faces accusations in multiple lawsuits linking her to the alleged criminal enterprise surrounding the hip-hop mogul.
In the episode, host Jesse Weber breaks down the allegations against Khorram, who has been compared to Ghislaine Maxwell—the infamous associate of Jeffrey Epstein. The discussion, featuring celebrity criminal defence attorney Bradford Cohen, analyzes whether these claims hold legal weight or if Khorram is simply collateral damage in the high-profile case against Diddy.
Khorram has publicly denied all allegations. In a statement obtained by CNN, she said, “For months, horrific accusations have been made about me in various lawsuits regarding my former boss… These false allegations of my involvement are causing irreparable and incalculable damage to my reputation and the emotional well-being of myself and my family.”
“I have never condoned or aided and abetted the sexual assault of anyone. Nor have I ever drugged anyone. The idea that I could be accused of playing a role in – or even being a bystander to – the rape of anyone is beyond upsetting, disturbing, and unthinkable. That is not who I am and my heart goes out to all victims of sexual assault. I am confident that the allegations against me will be proven to be untrue.”
Despite not facing criminal charges, Khorram has been named in three civil lawsuits, including one filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer for Combs. According to the suit, “Defendant Khorram ordered sex workers for Mr. Combs,” a claim she strongly refutes.
Weber and Cohen explore Khorram’s attempts to distance herself from the scandal, including her motion to dismiss one of the cases. The Law&Crime analysis questions whether her past role as a gatekeeper for Combs makes her complicit—or an easy scapegoat.
The video also highlights how the lawsuits allege Khorram enabled a culture of silence around Diddy’s behaviour. A suit filed by former assistant Phillip Pines claims that after witnessing an act of violence by Combs, “Kristina Khorram instructed Plaintiff to never speak about it and there are repercussions that can happen if he did.”
While Diddy himself faces serious charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking, Khorram’s legal battles represent a broader question: How much responsibility falls on those within his inner circle? The Law&Crime breakdown presents both legal arguments and public reactions, leaving viewers to weigh whether Khorram is a key player—or a pawn in a much larger case.
