Atlanta artist Jeffery Lamar Williams, better known as Young Thug, recently stopped by Big Boy’s Neighborhood to give a rare up-close and personal interviewed that touched on a ton of subjects fans have been wondering about.
Big Boy asked Thug about his new album So Much Fun, potentially running for president in 2024, his relationships with artists like Nipsey Hussle (R.I.P.), Machine Gun Kelly, Gunna, Rich Homie Quan and Lil Wayne, the concept of an album versus a mixtape, his interview with No Jumper, having a mind that’s always running, living near Elton John, whether or not he’s actually gay (as has long been rumoured), working with J. Cole, his joint project with Juice WRLD, JAY-Z and the NFL controversy, and a lot more.
Young Thug’s new album So Much Fun was released on Aug. 16 via 300 Entertainment. The album features a ton of great producers and guest appearances including some talented Canadians.
Pitt Tha Kid—who we featured in his first interview this past Friday—co-produced the NAV-assisted “Boy Back” which was co-produced by DJ Mustard and Felix Leone. Toronto producer T-Minus is also credited for two songs on the album including “Mannequin Challenge” (which he co-produced with J. Cole), and the J. Cole and Travis Scott-assisted “The London.”.
