Calgary’s own The Word has captured the 2023 Pioneer DJ DMC Canada Online Regional Competition title. Holding the top score with 39 pts, The Word was crowned the winner with Toronto’s Klin and Vancouver’s J’Aded coming in second and third, respectively.

The panel of judges included Toronto legend DJ Grouch, G-Nius, Jimmi Riggz, DJ J-Tec, Total Eclipse, and DJ Wax.
