Watch: The 8-part LUV Concert Series makes its debut with Toronto’s Nadia Stone

Today marks the official launch of the LUV Concert Series, an exclusive new experience designed to focus on spreading love and showcasing artistic excellence in BIPOC communities.

First up on the eight artist lineup is Toronto-based, Nadia Stone, a singer-songwriter of Italian-Jamaican heritage known for her smoky mysterious vocals and smooth riffs. Her resume includes being on billboards in Toronto, performing live in Philadelphia on Fox 29, being featured on prominent blogs such as Complex, radio play on Hot 97, Flow 93.5, G98, and opening up for Roc Nation’s Justine Skye on her Ultra Violet Tour. Her latest release is the single “Aqua,” which features fellow Toronto artist, Swagger Rite.

Stone’s performance—captured at Bounce Entertainment—features some of her most popular singles including “What You Saying,” the aforementioned “Aqua,” and the 2020-released records “Oh My” and “Broke Bad.” It also features support from dancers Emily Marsh and Mikayla Madronich.

Produced by More Music Management in partnership with HipHopCanada Digital Inc., the LUV Concert Series will feature a new episode every Sunday and Wednesday up until the finale. The rest of the inaugural LUV Concert Series lineup includes Tia Bank$ on April 24, Benita on April 27, DijahSB on May 1, Liyah on May 4, LolaBunz on May 8, and Naya Ali on May 11. The last artist in the lineup, previous 3x JUNO-nominee Melanie Durrant, will be presented on May 18 just after the JUNO Week 2022 festivities.

Stay tuned to HipHopCanada for the latest episode of the LUV Concert Series, or head to the official LUV Concert Series website. The LUV Concert Series is sponsored in part by FACTOR, Canada’s Private Radio Broadcasters, and Ontario Creates.
