LUV Concert Series nominated for 2 2022 Live Music Industry Awards

Nominations are in for the 2022 Live Music Industry Awards taking place in Toronto on Friday, June 10.

Created by Canadian Music Week in partnership with the Canadian Live Music Association, the trade association for the live music sector, the Live Music Industry Awards are a highlight of CMW.

After recently completing our inaugural LUV Concert Series, in partnership with More Music Management, we’re thrilled and honoured to announce that the series has been nominated for two 2022 Live Music Industry Awards.

The series has been nominated for Outstanding Digital Live Music Event and #ForTheLoveOfLIVE Award – Coalition/Collaboration.

“Never has it been more important to come together and celebrate each other and the incredible resilience of our live music community,” said Erin Benjamin, President and CEO of the Canadian Live Music Association.

“The past two years have been excruciating and yet we have persevered. Now, here we are – the moment has finally arrived. Join us to recognize our peers and colleagues who have gone above and beyond, and led this sector through our many challenges. The Canadian Live Music Industry Awards is our time to shine the spotlight back stage and front of house, and thank, celebrate and acknowledge you and all you do.”

The full list of nominees can be found below. The 2022 Live Music Industry Awards will take place on June 10, 2022 inside Toronto’s El Mocambo (62/464 Spadina Avenue). The event will feature performances by Jully Black, Preston Pablo, Rêve, Sam Drysdale, and Nobro. Head to the official website for more information.
