Bring Ya Eh Game’s 7th Annual Hip Hop Food Drive to feature 7 different performers on Dec. 18

HipHopCanada is proud to sponsor the seventh annual Hip Hop Food Drive presented by Bring Ya Eh Game. The event is taking place online Dec. 18 with performances from seven artists from seven different Canadian cities.

It’s almost time for the annual Hip Hop Food Drive presented by the good people at Bring Ya Eh Game, based out of Ottawa. HipHopCanada has sponsored the event for several years, and we’re once again proud to align ourselves with the great work BYEG is putting in to support those in need.

Now in its seventh year, this year’s Hip Hop Food Drive will take place Saturday, Dec. 18 via HipHopFoodDrive.com at 6 p.m. EST. The online event will feature seven performances and will be hosted by Bring Ya Eh Game’s own J Morris aka Ya Favourite Lightskin. The set list will include Mo’ Spence (Toronto), Viva Lableue (Montréal), Mischa (Ottawa), Ndidi Cascade (Vancouver), S-cape Artist with Shook Planet (with guests) (Kingston), Keston (Calgary), and Astin Clark (Barrie).

“#HHFD gives local artists and supporters a platform to give back to the community by helping out those who are less fortunate!”

With the success of last year’s event, Bring Ya Eh Game has set a goal of $3500 CDN and they’ve already reached over $2800. You can find information on how to donate on HipHopFoodDrive.com, including an option to donate via e-transfer.

The online event is free and will be raising money for seven different food banks in seven cities across Canada.
