DL Incognito, Eternia, Dax & More To Headline Cranium Festival 2024

The Cranium Arts Project has revealed the schedule for Cranium Festival 2024. The opening event will take place inside Berlin (56 ByWard) with headlining performances by DL Incognito, Eternia, and DJ Ducats. The show will also feature music by J Chinnasz and Nycky Ghost, and will be hosted by another Nine Planets Hip Hop artist, Mic Check. Doors will open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8. p.m.

On Sept. 20, catch the pre-party in the courtyard outside of Club Saw, before catching the main show from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will feature a headline performance from Dax, along with support from Beauge, Dynesti, Trippy Sixxx and DJ So Nice.

Dax, an Ottawa-born rapper, skyrocketed to fame after relocating to Los Angeles a few years ago. Known for his raw, introspective lyrics, Dax has captivated audiences with tracks like “Dear Alcohol,” “Dear God,” and “JOKER” — all of which have racked up tens of millions of views on YouTube, solidifying his place as a rising force in the hip-hop world.

Day 3 of the four-day festival will feature a “full day of free, outdoor music, dance and vibes,” headlined by Canadian artist SadBoi. You’ll also see performances by the one and only Melo Griffith—who has worked with us here at HipHopCanada several times in the pastLeila Dey, Kinash, LeFlo Franco, Ashton Forever, Miss Mcleod, Fae, Keysha Freshh, DJ Karyen, DJ Ease, DJ Kid Koncusion, DJ PC, DJ TTRILLS, and DJ Mes.

It all goes down at Ogilvy Square (between Joey Rideau and The Clocktower Pub on Rideau street) for a day of dance battles, DJ’s, live R&B and Hip-hop, food, pop-up market and street performers. Later Saturday night the party continues inside Casa Amor at 145 Besserer Street.

On the final day of Cranium Festival 2024, show heads to the Arts Court Theatre (2 Daly Avenue), “Cranium’s premier platform for bars is back with a live taping in front of a live audience inside Origin Arts Centre.” The day will be headlined by King K LV, with support from Mxlclm X, Mark Jordan, and Eazy Finesse.
