A couple of hours ago, budding rapper $NOT released the music video for “Pressure” off of his – TRAGEDY + album which dropped in March.
The music video, directed by Omar Jones, is a mixture of kaleidoscope-like visuals and live performance footage from $NOT’s sold-out North American tour earlier this year. On “Pressure”, $NOT’s monotone delivery of his calibrated bars are the perfect contrast to the beat of the song, which mixes tranquil flute notes with heavy hitting 808’s mentally placing you inside a mosh pit.
Along with “Pressure”, $NOT’s critically acclaimed album – TRAGEDY + also includes his viral song “Gosha” which has exceeded over 60 Million+ streams along with “Moon & Stars” (featuring Maggie Lindemann) which gained popularity on TikTok. That lead Complex to adding the track to their “Songs Blowing Up on TikTok That Are Actually Worth Listening To” list.
Shattering the stereotypes of “SoundCloud rap”, $NOT continues to forge his own path as a force to be reckoned with.
