The Toronto Raptors look to get their series with the Cavs back on the right track tonight, so we’ve dedicated our Song of The Day to a new anthem inspired by the team’s impressive run.
The team heads to Cleveland in a tough spot, two wins away from their season being over. They’re in the “4th Quarter” of the campaign and that’s exactly why the new Ro’Ché single is the perfect pick.
Plus the record itself goes hard – Ro’Ché did his thing on the Ashkan SKRS-produced banger, while Major Curls and Dr. V complimented the single perfectly with the new video. It’s a view of Ro’Ché in his element and a view of the Toronto Raptors community at large, with various fans featured throughout the clip.
We reached out to Ro’Ché about the inspiration for recording the song and his love for the Raptors:
“Basketball is my first love. With a huge background of both music and basketball in not only my life, but my family bloodline. I chose to make a record back in early February with the faith that the Raptors would finish first in the Eastern Conference for the 2017-2018 season! And by the graces of God… they’ve done it!”
Hopefully the team can get a win tonight and swing momentum in the right direction.
GO RAPTORS!
