Canadian Murda Beatz makes the 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 list

Canadian producer Murda Beatz has been named to the 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Forbes 30 Under 30, which is entering it’s tenth year, is a set of lists issued annually by Forbes magazine which recognizes 600 young business and industry figures, with 30 selected for 20 different industries—chronicling the brashest entrepreneurs across the United States and Canada.

This year, Fort Erie, Ontario-born producer Shane Lindstrom, known professionally as Murda Beatz, has been recognized for his work as a production giant.

“Hip-hop producer and songwriter Shane Lindstrom, known as Murda Beatz, has worked on eight Grammy-nominated albums and more than 20 Billboard No. 1 albums. His biggest hits include ‘Nice For What’ by Drake, ‘Butterfly Effect’ by Travis Scott, and most recently, ‘Motive’ by Ariana Grande featuring Doja Cat.”

Murda Beatz joins a strong list of hip-hop heads on the list including Roddy Ricch, who was presented by Forbes as the featured nominee.

Other artists and producers that made the cut include Polo G, G Herbo, London On Da Track, Lil Baby, Saweetie, Doja Cat, and Brent Faiyaz.
