Jessie Reyez Continues Her Winning Streak with Lil-Wayne-Assisted “RIDIN”

Just over a week ago, Grammy-nominated and five-time JUNO Award-winning artist Jessie Reyez dropped the music video for her latest single, “RIDIN,” featuring Lil Wayne. Produced by The Monsters & Strangerz and Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman, the track is quickly gaining momentum, with the video directed by British-Persian visionary RELTA of The Corner Shop. It’s already closing in on 700K views on YouTube, a testament to Reyez’s powerful connection with her audience.

“RIDIN” is available on digital streaming platforms via FMLY, and it’s just one piece of Reyez’s highly productive 2024 campaign. She’s also made waves with her single “Child of Fire,” featured on the soundtrack for Rebel Moon: Songs of the Rebellion (Inspired by the Netflix Films). Additionally, Reyez’s soulful rendition of “Is This Love” graces the soundtrack for the Bob Marley biopic One Love.

Adding to her list of accolades, Reyez’s debut album Before Love Came to Kill Us has recently been certified Gold by the RIAA, solidifying her place as a force to be reckoned with in the music industry. Fans can catch her live as she takes her talents down under, touring Australia and New Zealand throughout September and October.

Jessie Reyez is undeniably having a standout year, and there’s no sign of her slowing down.
