The Secret Why Lil Wayne Can’t Fall Off

YouTuber Eleven 11 recently put out a new video looking at “The Secret Why Lil Wayne Can’t Fall Off.”

While he’s not making headlines as often as he once did, for the past couple o days he’s inadvertently been at the centre of the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show controversy. Many people have been outspoken about their disappointment in Weezy not being selected for the show, since Super Bowl LIX is taking place in his hometown of New Orleans. Instead, Jay-Z’s Roc Nation selected Kendrick Lamar, which has reignited the Drake vs. Kendrick / Cash Money-Young Money vs. Roc Nation discussions on social media.

As HotNewHipHop’s Aron A. explained: “Wayne has expressed a desire to perform at the Super Bowl throughout the past year, and it only made sense considering how Jay-Z and Roc Nation have not only uplifted hip-hop but emphasized the importance of regional culture, as we’ve seen with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre.”

Via Eleven 11:

Despite Lil Wayne rapping for over 33 years cranking out one of the biggest discographies of classic albums and mixtapes we’ve ever seen, now at age 41 Lil Wayne is still releasing amazing music. In this video we not only see why Wayne is considered by many as the greatest rapper of all time… but then also reveal exactly how he’s been able to stay popular for three decades.
