JAIoftheRise addresses “Toxic” relationships with new SigHost-produced single

JAIoftheRise is tired of being painted as the bad guy. With “Toxic,” JAI decides to come clean to somebody who really loved him even though he could never truly love them back. With moments of remorse and vulnerability, JAI uses catchy melodies that explain why it couldn’t work between the two on the new single.

The murky trap production by SigHost includes dark chords that paint the perfect toxic portrait for this record.

“Music is therapy for me, I went to the studio with the intention to let out the toxicity with this one,” says JAI of the song.

To raise awareness for mental health, JAI and his team created a TikTok filter to emulate a therapy session, which fans and users can use to vent out their toxic thoughts or inner turmoil to normalize these types of feelings they might have.

JAI’s October 2022 single, “Snake Oil,” featured The LJ and M.I.M.E, and has accumulated over 16K streams on Spotify since its release.

What’s a better way to remove the stigma around the subject of toxic relationships? Stream the new single available now on all major digital streaming platforms. Check out the official “Toxic” filter found on TikTok HERE.
