Watch: The LUV Concert Series continues with Toronto’s own DijahSB

The LUV Concert Series returns with Toronto-based recording artist DijahSB, an incubator of raw and unique talent. Dijah is the latest artist taking their brand and story to the world.

Inspirational without being preachy, their music is a glimpse into the mind of a Black non-binary artist rapping their way through hope, heartbreak, and breakthroughs. Their fascination with the unguarded creative processes of their influences Kid Cudi and Lupe Fiasco birthed a desire to express themselves freely and unapologetically unique.

Their LUV Concert Series performance includes the outro to the project, 2020 the Album, “Broke Boi Anthem,” the Harrison-assisted “Be Myself” off the 2021 album, Head Above the Waters, “Throw That Back,” off the same project, and “New Balance,” released in 2021. As a testament to both the quality and size of Dijah’s impressive catalogue, not one of these dope songs ranks in their top 10 for Spotify all-time streams.

Produced by More Music Management in partnership with HipHopCanada Digital Inc., the LUV Concert Series will feature a new episode every Sunday and Wednesday up until the finale. The series kicked off with Toronto’s Nadia Stone and has also featured episodes showcasing Tia Bank$ and Benita. The rest of the inaugural LUV Concert Series lineup includes Liyah on May 4, LolaBunz on May 8, and Naya Ali on May 11. The last artist in the lineup, previous 3x JUNO-nominee Melanie Durrant, will be presented on May 18 just after the JUNO Week 2022 festivities.

Stay tuned to HipHopCanada for the latest episode of the LUV Concert Series, or head to the official LUV Concert Series website. The LUV Concert Series is sponsored in part by FACTOR, Canada’s Private Radio Broadcasters, and Ontario Creates.
