Produced by the Grammy Award-winning J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League and Royce Music Group, “Sober” is all about the intoxicating Love that you fiend for when it’s not around. The song carries a Caribbean-Afrobeat vibe, boasting that “Street R&B” sound popularized by artists like Tory Lanez and August Alsina that Masspike Miles is famous for. The single already has several international re-mixes ready to hit the clubs, airwaves, and your favorite playlist.
“I never stopped making music, I just stopped releasing music to work on other projects and build my team up,” says Miles on what he’s been up to since Blocks N Bedrooms was released in 2014.
Through his production company, Inkkwell Music Group, Miles has been hard at work on projects like Rick Ross’ “Paradise Lost,” Jamie Foxx “Vegas Confessions” and “Hollywood” (album title track), Big Boi featuring Jeezy “Kill Jill” (single), international superstar Mr. Probz “Fine Ass Mess” (single), “American Dreaming” (single), and Mr. Probz featuring Anderson .Paak “Gone” (single).
He co-wrote and produced five songs on Musiq Soulchild’s Feel The Real which received a Grammy nod in 2017 for R&B Album of the year, including “Humble Pie” (single). Now the next collection of his own music is ready and will be available soon.
