Good Company founder LaRussell and super-producer Hit-Boy have recently dropped a collaborative EP titled Rent Due, captivating enthusiasts with their collective talent and chemistry. Released on February 7, 2024, the 7-track EP not only delivers stellar music but also comes with a unique twist – the duo announced a “Rent Relief” program, offering support to artists and creatives in need.
“LaRussell, Hit-Boy, and EVEN will be awarding $1K grants for rent relief to 15 artists, entrepreneurs, and/or creatives,” states the project’s listing on EVEN.biz
LaRussell, a rising star from California, has already dropped another EP since the release of Rent Due, with the 7-track DJ Gutta Butta Presents: 3 Point Play dropping just a couple of days ago (with Mike G Beatz).
Hit-Boy himself shared the news of the collaborative EP’s release on Instagram, stating, “It’s tradition! RENT DUE by LaRussell and myself out rn,” indicating a sense of continuity and artistic collaboration.
