After a promotional lead up over the past few weeks—including the release of the “CHUCKY” single—Afghan-Canadian recording artist Kresnt has officially released his highly-anticipated 11-song year-end album, GOOD SPIRITS.

The project was meticulously crafted over the course of three years and features production from Ken Lewis, NXSTY, Young Jin, Malikai Motion, audiodrugz, and Kresnt himself.

The talented Canadian artist, has taken a compassionate and thought-provoking approach in his outro song titled “THANK ME” by addressing the critical issue of men’s mental health.

Through his music, Kresnt sheds light on the often overlooked struggles that men face, encouraging open conversations and empathy surrounding this topic. With his unique blend of lyrical prowess and personal insights, Kresnt’s song not only resonates with his audience but also serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of mental health awareness and support for all individuals, regardless of gender or background.

With this topic being taboo for men, the hope of “THANK ME” is to remind us to appreciate everything we have and to stop and smell the roses rather than wait for someone to give you yours.

End of November Kresnt will release the collaboration remix with UK rap legend and pro football captain of National League club Dagenham & Redbridge, Kamakaze (Matt Robinson) for the single “CHUCKY.” This will be a primary release for both artists and help further bridge the connection between UK and Canadian rap.

Along with GOOD SPIRITS, Nov. 14 also saw the release of the project’s second music video, “OTHER WAY,” directed by Kresnt and Ryo Hayashida.

“OTHER WAY” carries prestigious production and mixing credits attributed to the accomplished Ken Lewis, a 16-time Grammy Award recipient celebrated for his collaborations with industry giants like Jungkook, Drake, Taylor Swift, Kanye West, Ariana Grande, and numerous others.
