Sean “Diddy” Combs was convicted today on two of five counts in his high-profile federal trial, with the jury finding him guilty on charges related to prostitution.
Before sentencing, Diddy was seen praying quietly with his family in the courtroom, while supporters looked on sombrely.

- RICO Conspiracy (Count 1): Alleging a criminal enterprise from 2004–2024 involving multiple predicate acts.
- Sex Trafficking (Cassie Ventura) (Count 2): Knowingly recruited or transported Cassie Ventura for commercial sex, knowing or disregarding that force, threats, or coercion would be used, affecting interstate or foreign commerce.
- Recruiting or transporting an individual for commercial sex.
- Knowingly recruited, enticed, harboured, transported, provided, obtained, or maintained an individual
- Knew, or recklessly disregarded, that force, threats of force, fraud, or coercion would be used to cause the person to engage in a commercial sex act.
- The act was in or affected interstate or foreign commerce.
- Transportation of Escorts (Count 3): Interstate movement for prostitution (Cassie Ventura) – Convicted.
- Knowingly persuaded, induced, enticed, or coerced a person to travel across state or national borders.
- Did so with the intent that the person engage in prostitution or a commercial sex act.
- The travel was in interstate or foreign commerce.
- Sex Trafficking (Jane) (Count 4): Knowingly recruited or transported Jane for commercial sex, knowing or disregarding that force, threats, or coercion would be used, affecting interstate or foreign commerce.
- Knowingly recruited, enticed, harboured, transported, provided, obtained, or maintained Jane.
- Knew, or recklessly disregarded, that force, threats of force, fraud, or coercion would be used to cause Jane to engage in a commercial sex act.
- The act was in or affected interstate or foreign commerce.
- Transportation with Intent to Engage in Prostitution (Jane) (Count 5): Moving an individual across state lines for sexual exploitation. – Convicted.
- Knowingly persuaded, induced, enticed, or coerced Jane to travel across state or national borders.
- Did so with the intent that Jane engage in prostitution or a commercial sex act.
- The travel was in interstate or foreign commerce.

Diddy was originally looking at life so this is seen by the public as well as his family and inner circle as a huge win. The judge is expected to make a decision on Diddy’s potential bond later on today.
