Classism News

Only millionaires will be allowed to trade Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in Hong Kong if the FSTB proposal is passed by the city’s legislature. They are trying to ban BTC and crypto for the average person. This is the opposite of decentralization. This is the story of the wealthy maintaining their position of power through blocking access to crypto for the everyday person.

This reminds me of the NFT space, where companies like Token Smart Lounge and Cipher ban people from their decentralized platforms if they address racism or sexism on the blockchain. This is the same type of thing that makes the ‘DAO’ a form of classism where the richer you are, the more recognized your voice is. We must find a way to get the everyday person, from all nationalities, to come together and pool resources to build a strong community on the blockchain. A united community. This is why we started these weekly articles on HipHopCanada and the Roadman Crypto show, where we share our tools for success in the crypto space with you.

This is one of our latest episodes of Roadman Crypto.

CoinTelegraph has more info about Hong Kong’s crypto FUD.

Market Manipulation

Here are some tweets that are allegedly insider information about the recent crypto crash.

My Current Strategy

I’m holding all my alt coins for the long term and stopping any short term trades. I took some profit from ETH at $5000CAD and will be holding the rest until the market top. I set buy orders for more ETH at $3100 CAD, $2800 CAD, $2600 CAD, $2400 CAD, $2200 CAD, and $2000 CAD. I predict any buy orders below $2400 will not be filled. I’m holding all my Bitcoin.

I’ll be watching the market closely until mid June. If the market dips further in mid June I predict an early bear market. If the market goes sideways or starts pumping mid June, I predict a bull run top to hit around September of 2021. Depending on the outcome, I’ll be selling a small percentage every week until the market top. We will share an article on exit strategies in a few weeks.

Adoption News

Xcad

MrBeast and KSI are investing in a YouTube channel that champions crypto. Imagine being a content creator or fan who can buy, sell or trade NFTs and make crypto while participating as a fan or creator? Seems like that is not too far away.

Last week we spoke about after.io, the alternative to Instagram that empowers users with NFTs and Crypto. This week we have the pleasure of introducing Xcad to the HHC readers.

Roney’s Genesis NFT & BEATiFY’s first NFT as a platform

If you know Canadian rap, you know the legend Roney. The trend setting artist is set to drop an NFT with BEATiFY on June 1st. The drop will be a 1 of 1 album cover, that includes a rare art piece of Roney curated by BEATiFY. All the art files will be deleted forever as soon as the collector makes the purchase. This will ensure the only digital copy of the additional art only belongs to the collector. The collector will also receive a private Zoom call from Roney himself. The link will be made available on HipHopCanada when the drop is live.
