Tory Lanez: Lawyer files motion to have him released citing psychologist diagnosed alcoholism
As reported by HipHopDX, the lawyers representing Tory Lanez are lawyers are looking to get the Canadian rap star released on probation and placed into a drug treatment program when he’s sentenced next week for shooting Megan Thee Stallion. Attorneys Jose Baez and Ed Welbourn filed a 41-page memo on August 1 claiming Lanez was suffering from alcoholism at the time of the alleged shooting and his culpability was therefore reduced.
