Canadian star Jessie Reyez is back with a new single featuring hip-hop royalty, Lil Wayne. The Monsters & Strangerz and Jeff “Gitty” Gitelman-produced “RIDIN” is expected to appear on Reyez’s third studio album, which already has two other songs tied to it. There’s the Big Sean-assisted “SHUT UP,” which dropped on May 31, and the Miguel-assisted “JEANS” which dropped this time last year.
As noted by HipHop-N-More, “The Canadian songstress has been teasing [RIDIN] for the past couple of weeks with multiple engaging videos on her social media. The response to the track from fans has been great and it is only earlier this week that she revealed the Weezy feature on the track.”

Reyez continues to have a highly productive 2024 campaign, with her 2024 single “Child of Fire” appearing on the soundtrack for Rebel Moon: Songs of the Rebellion (Inspired by the Netflix Films), and her contribution to the soundtrack for Bob Marley: One Love with “Is This Love.”
