Our Song of the Day is a the latest single from Miami recording artist and songwriter, Jaheil.
“Shootin’ Low,” features Ottawa’s own big ZEE, and production by Miami producer (Jaheil’s brother), Highle.
The song and accompanying video were originally recorded back in January, with mixing and engineering being handled by Hart Gunther, the former engineer and manager at the famous South Beach Studios on Collins Ave. in Miami.
ZEE, who has a song named after the famous Miami street, spends a large chunk of his time between Ottawa and Florida. He released his Méchant EP back in November and capped off 2018 with the Gorgy Swoah-assisted “Shoebox.” His most popular release to date is “Superbad” which has been streamed over 30K times on Spotify.
Meanwhile, Jaheil is coming off the release of his 22-track album, 2Bc, which dropped on Feb. 22.
The new video for “Shootin’ Low” was released on Mar. 21, and comes powered by Miami-based film studio, LightWorks Productions, who also did some shooting with Jaheil and ZEE out in Los Angeles.
