FB (aka Fat Neat) pays tribute with 1-800-WASSA

FB aka Fat Neat recently dropped a dope new track reflecting on life and paying tribute to his fallen bro Wassi. FB goes in on the instrumental for Logic’s smash hit, “1-800-273-8255.” He brings it back as “1-800-WASSA.”

Kwasi (Wassi) Skene-Peters was killed in 2015 during a firefight with police outside a nightclub in Toronto. In an April 2017 Globe and Mail article covering Pressa, author Patrick White provides an in-depth look at the young man that has inspired so much music making such a big impact on the Toronto scene. Definitely a good source for more information about his story.

RIP WASSI
