Veteran Ottawa rapper El Dollar is back with fresh new visuals in support of his GVINE PHS ENT-produced single, “Gangsta Loving,” featuring Emerick. The video was directed and produced by Rexx Productions. This isn’t the first time the pair have collaborated.
