The wait is almost over the long-awaited Booggz project, Father Figure. Booggz has done a great job building up hype for the release, having dropped several new songs in the past few months alone.
Following his June 25th release, “Auto Theft” which managed to garner over 50K global Spotify streams. The Toronto artist quickly cooked up a new remix for the single. That version features original production by Jared MacIntyre (2AM), as well as two new verses from Toronto’s John C and Booggz’s GME labelmate, Buck. Just a week after the remix, Booggz continued to feed fans with a new track, titled “Father Figure Freestyle” which features production from Skywalker and accompanying visuals from Nick Telesca and Rubio.
His most recent offering is “HAD TO,” which will be the last song released before Father Figure hits streaming platforms at midnight (via Get Money Entertainment). Yesterday, Booggz jumped on Instagram to confirm the project would be out this week:
“The Wait Is Over… Father Figure This Friday😁Can’t Wait For Y’all 2 Hear🗣💙”
