Ottawa rapper Dax hits YouTube’s trending chart with “Rich Men North Of Richmond” remix
At the beginning of September, Dax released a remix to the viral Oliver Anthony hit, “Rich Men North of Richmond.” The Logan Meis-powered video has been viewed over 2.3 million times on YouTube, and is currently in the #12 spot on the platform’s Trending for Music chart. Dax is one of several Canadian artists to drop a take on “Rich Men North of Richmond,” with Merkules releasing one just a couple days ago. “If you made it this deep you are undoubtedly a REAL ONE,” Dax wrote in the video’s caption. “2023 is just getting started. Can’t believe we are already on year 7 of this journey. Love writing these bottom of description messages for y’all. This song was amazing and it my pleasure to add my own spin on it.
