Throwback: Logic’s 8-bit style “Super Mario World” video off the Bobby Tarantino tape
Back in 2016, Logic linked up with director Justin Fleischer and a team of other videographers to visualize his 8-bit-powered single, “Super Mario World.” The Logic and 6ix-produced song can be found on Logic’s popular Bobby Tarantino mixtape which was certified gold by the RIAA on August 7, 2020, and peaked at #50 on Billboard’s Canadian Albums chart. It’s been streamed over 76 million times on just Spotify alone. The mixtape, which featured a lone guest appearance by Pusha T, also hit the top spot on the New Zealand Heatseekers Albums chart, and the #2 spot on Billboard’s US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The new highly anticipated Super Mario Bros. Movie is hitting theatres on April 5.
