Last Tuesday, Brampton recording artist MinaCci (aka Y.M.) released his fourth project of the year, pulling the trigger on his latest offering, IlluMinaCci.
The 10-track IlluMinaCci mixtape features MinaCci riding solo with no guest appearances, giving you a great opportunity to see how his versatility can carry a project.
Kicking off with “Fyah,” the IlluMinaCci tape features some familiar instrumentals from the height of the G-Unit era which really mesh well with MinaCci’s flow and delivery. The project follows three other big releases from MinaCci this year including Cr3, which HipHopCanada featured back in May, Mass Destruction (Feb. 2021), and The Ruins (Jan. 2021) featuring the JRDN-assisted fan favourite, “Dice Game.”
