Biggie and Tupac: The Mysterious Murders of Rap’s Biggest Superstars

A hit at the 2002 Sundance Film Festival, Biggie & Tupac investigates the still unsolved murders of rap superstars Christopher Wallace (aka Biggie Smalls, the Notorious B.I.G.) and Tupac Shakur. The story of close friends who had a misunderstanding, a falling out and became deadly enemies. Their respective murders were long explained as being the result of the rivalry that had grown up between them, but as the anniversary of their deaths approaches, award-winning documentary filmmaker Nick Broomfield reveals startling new evidence to suggest the blame lays elsewhere.
