After hitting the #1 spot on iTunes earlier in the year with his “Hundred Roses” single, 9-0-Nickel recording artist and CEO Peter Jackson is officially kicking off the promotional campaign for his next album.
Today, he’s shared the pre-save link for the project’s lead single, “Mountain Valley,” featuring contemporary R&B hitmaker, Trey Songz. The KeanuGoinStoopid, JBat, and Pilot Beats-produced record is a modern day take on the classic duet “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough,” originally released in the 1960’s.
Along with sharing the link and fresh artwork, Jackson has also announced a new contest to help get the word out. By pre-saving “Mountain Valley,” fans will be entered into a draw for a pair of a first row Toronto Raptors tickets. The winner will be announced on the day of the single’s release, which is Friday, February 11.
