According to Genius, Yachty decided to release the EarlOnTheBeat-produced record after it was recently leaked. It serves a great preview of what to expect from the next project.

“I think this whole album Lil Boat 3 is just fun,” Yachty told Complex in a recent interview. “I think the song’s so good and catchy, my fans will appreciate it. My album’s done. My album is coming very soon. I haven’t spoken on it yet, but it’s coming. It’s ending the trilogy to my Lil Boat series.”

Another important thing to note is if this song reaches the Billboard Hot 100 chart next week Drake will officially have 208 Hot 100 hits and will be the artist with the most Hot 100 hits in history. Considering you have three mega stars on one song and a highly entertaining video supporting it, it seems very likely that Drake will achieve this feat.
