Mood Forever has finally touched down in Canada. Australian rapper Manu Crooks (often stylized as Manu Crook$) kicks off his 6-date Canadian tour tonight with an early show inside Vancouver’s Fortune Sound Club.
The first date on the Mood Forever Canada Tour also features local budding talent So Loki and Illyminiachi, who are expected to draw crowds on their own. This party should be rammed.
So Loki is currently promoting their single “Athletes World” (which you can stream below), while Illyminiachi recently dropped the “Changed Up” single.
Some local reports have indicated that Manila Grey is on the bill, but concert promoter Timbre Concerts has confirmed that not to be the case.
So we’re either helping ruin a surprise by writing this, or we’re squashing the misinformation in its tracks! Okay, it’s not that serious, but you can count on So Loki and Illy to be there for sure, and they’re worth the cost of admission alone (tickets available via TicketWeb).
Other dates on the Mood Forever Canada Tour include tomorrow, Apr. 22, in Whistler, Apr. 27 in Calgary, Apr. 28 in Edmonton, May 4 in Toronto, and May 5 in Montreal. From there the Sydney-native heads to Brighton in the UK for the Great Escape Festival, before making his way to Amsterdam and other European cities.
If you’re not already familiar with Manu Crook$, you are missing out! So make sure you check out some of his recent video releases below including “Different League” and “Under Pressure.”
