Try: Quake Matthews speaks on perseverance & confronting his demons in touching new single & video

On Friday, award-winning Halifax rapper Quake Matthews showcased his growing versatility as an artist with a new heartfelt banger called, “Try.” The video, directed by DTG, has a couple of Ottawa connections with Aspects strumming a guitar on a porch as a special guest, and rapper Swisha T making a cameo. You can find the Chucky Kim-produced “Try” on Spotify, and various other digital streaming platforms.
