YNW Melly seeks release from jail, pushes for bond ahead of double murder retrial
“YNW Melly seeks release from jail on bond as he awaits his double murder retrial in October. The rapper has been behind bars since February 2019 after he surrendered to authorities on two first-degree murder charges in connection to the deaths of Christopher Thomas Jr., aka YNW Juvy, and Anthony Williams, aka YNW SakChaser. Melly’s first trial was declared a mistrial after the jury remained deadlocked and could not reach a unanimous verdict.” – Law&Crime Network
