Guelph’s Noah23 kicks off 2023 with the Killah Priest-assisted “Alternate Calendar” animated video
Noah23 kicked of 2023 with a big video drop in support of his latest album, Ikosi Tria. The self-produced “Alternate Calendar” features Sunz of Man member and Wu-Tang Clan affiliate, Killah Priest, and the accompanying animated video was created by Baked Clown Animation. “The number 23 is a notorious counter-cultural signifier that has long been a guiding star in my life as artist and magician,” explains Noah. “In the tradition of icons such as William S. Burroughs, Robert Anton Wilson, Genesis P. Orridge and Michael Jordan, I carry the torch of synchronicity and subversion that is ’23’. To celebrate this sublime year of 2023 in grandiose fashion, I offer to you, as well as the Gods of the Pantheon… Ikosi Tria.” “Alternate Calendar” is available on Spotify, and you can pre-order Ikosi Tria (including hard copies) on Bandcamp via Plague Language Records.
