Diddy Threatened ‘2Pac Hit’ to Silence Victim: Court Docs

TLDR: New court documents claim Sean “Diddy” Combs threatened an alleged victim by referencing “the hit” on 2Pac. The lawsuit adds to mounting accusations against the embattled music mogul.

The allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs just took a chilling turn. According to a newly filed lawsuit, the embattled music mogul allegedly silenced an accuser by invoking the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur (aka 2Pac). “If I can get Pac hit, what the f— do you think could happen to you?” Diddy allegedly told the plaintiff, identified as John Doe, after sexually assaulting him. The shocking claim was first reported by News18 and is dissected in a new Law&Crime Network video.

While these allegations are disturbing on their own, they mark the second time in recent months that an accuser has tied Diddy’s name to Tupac’s murder. Back in October 2024, the BBC reported on a separate lawsuit in which a different plaintiff accused Diddy of sexually assaulting him as revenge for suggesting he was involved in Tupac’s killing. That case, like this latest one, raised questions about Diddy’s alleged attempts to intimidate and silence victims.

The new lawsuit, filed on February 26, describes a harrowing encounter between John Doe and Diddy at the New York City Intercontinental Hotel. Doe, a former male companion, claims he was flown in under false pretenses, only to find himself in a coercive and degrading situation. He alleges Diddy forced him into multiple sexual acts, reinforcing his control with threats that directly referenced Tupac’s fate.

For nearly three decades, speculation has swirled around Tupac’s murder. The hip-hop icon was gunned down in a Las Vegas drive-by, and for years, conspiracy theories have pointed fingers in multiple directions. Diddy has long denied any involvement, and he has never been charged in connection to Tupac’s death. However, the latest lawsuit, combined with past allegations, is once again dragging his name into the conversation.

As Diddy’s legal troubles mount, the hip-hop world is left watching closely. Is this just another wild conspiracy theory, or could the latest wave of accusations finally bring long-buried truths to light? One thing is certain: the allegations against Diddy aren’t going away anytime soon.
